You`ll need a lvl 10 dwarf (cause at that lvl you get the skill) and the info below, in order to get the basic mats recipes.
Braided Hemp - Goblin Scout (lvl 8 - Talkin Isle, near the School of Magic)
Coarse Bone Powder - Utuku Orc Archer (lvl 8 - Dwarf Village, near the mines)
Steel - Garum Werewolf (lvl 9 - Dwarf Village, near the mines)
Cokes - Kuruka Ratman (lvl 16 - Cave of Trials, inside =you may find the TP in the Orc Village, depending on the server=)
Compound Braid - Scarlet Salamander (lvl 17 - Cave of Trials, outside) or Lesser Succubus (lvl 17 - Dark Elf Village, near the School of Dark Arts)
High Grade Suede - Ratman Hunter (lvl 18 - Orc Barracs, near the Oracle of Dawn; on the right side of Glodio Castle)
Silver Mold - Ratman Hunter (lvl 18 - Orc Barracs, near the Oracle of Dawn; on the right side of Glodio Castle)
Synthetic Cokes - Undead Slave (lvl 19 - in the Cave of Trials or in the Valley of the Lords =TP from Orc Village=)
Varnish of Purity - Akaste Bone Lord (lvl 19 - Mithril Mines)
Blacksmith's Frame - Marsh Stakato Soldier (lvl 33 - Cruma Marshlands)
Oriharukon - Fettered Soul (lvl 38 - Hardin`s Private Academy)
Mithril Alloy - Windsus (lvl 39 - Hardin`s Private Academy)
Artisan`s Frame - Grandis (lvl 40 - Hardin`s Private Academy)
